Mentally and physically healthy women can function better in life. So start taking care of yourself before you take care of others. Prioritising your health is equally important as prioritising your family

As women, it's important to prioritise our health. Whether it's physical or mental health, taking care of ourselves is essential for living a fulfilling and happy life.Every woman should  keep her health on the top of the list, irrespective of their  busy schedule, because our bodies go through various changes throughout life. From Puberty to Pregnancy to Menopause. We need to prepare our bodies for it.

In this blog post, we share few ways to be a physically healthy women

  • Get Enough Sleep:  Sleep helps us maintain a healthy weight, improves our mood, and boosts our immune system. Have at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night to feel rested and refreshed. Your chores can wait for another 30 minutes. RELAX LADIES..!!
  • Eat a Healthy Diet: You know this, right? You make healthy meals for your family everyday. It's time to eat along with them. Eat healthy and never miss your meal. Eat as you want your chlild to eat. 
  • Start taking Supplements :  Have vitamin supplements after consulting your doctor, your body needs more than you get from regular meals. Start them today itself, your calcium, iron, vitamin D.
  •  Regular health checkups :  Everyone should go through health checkups at regular intervals.Take care of your vaginal health, your hormones level, your BMI. Get yourself inspected if feel some pain in any of your joints, you. might need some medications especially when you are going through menopause.
  • Exercise Regularly:Exercise is another essential component of a healthy lifestyle. It can help reduce stress, improve mood, and keep our bodies healthy. Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise each day, such as brisk walking, cycling, or swimming.

  • Join social groups:   We modern women are so lucky  to have this privilege with us, joining social groups online or offline can help us and impact our lives in a magical way. Join zumba, yoga, pilates classes to enjoy with other women.
  • Focus on strength Training : Not only men need to make their muscles, Ladies need to focus on their  muscles building to maintain their endurance and improve body strength. One should focus on every muscle of body including your pelvic muscles, as they are most affected during pregnancy.
  •  Delegate, delegate, delegate - Kindly accept when you cannot overdo yourself, ask for help and please delegate some responsibilities among family members. You are not a sole proprietor who has to take care of things alonse.

Remember, taking care of yourself is not selfish, it's necessary.You might not understand how crucial your health is in your adult life, But you will realise soon that taking care of one's own health is equally or rather more important than taking care of your child.
