Here are a few things that many people may not share when it comes to conceiving fast:

  • Timing is key: While it's important to have sex during your fertile window, timing is everything. Experts recommend having sex in the morning or early afternoon rather than at night, as sperm count tends to be higher earlier in the day. Also, waiting too long between sexual encounters can decrease sperm quality, so try to have sex every 2-3 days during your fertile window.

MOMS TIP - Try morning Sex, It will improve the chances of conception and of course will give you a refreshing start for the day.

  • Lubricants can hinder conception: Many commercial lubricants can actually hinder sperm mobility and reduce the chances of conception. If you need lubrication, try using products that are specifically designed for use during conception, such as Pre-Seed.

MOMS tip - Foreplay is a must, you won't need lubricants after a good foreplay. After all, you are trying to produce something and make it creative and enjoyable.

  • Lying down after sex- Lying down for at least a few minutes after sex increases the odds that the sperm will be able to keep their date with the awaiting egg.

MOMS TIP - Don't control your urine for more than 10 minutes after intercourse. It will not flush sperm out of the cervix but will save you from Urine tract infection.

  • DE-STRESS yourself- Chronic stress makes you more susceptible to developing high blood pressure and diabetes, which can lead to erectile dysfunction and low libido. Psychological stress can cause depression and performance anxiety, which can also worsen ED.

MOMS TIP- Enjoy the process of making a baby, rather than stressing out. You wont get enough time for intimacy once you have a baby.

  • Too much exercise can hurt your chances:  Exercise is generally good for fertility, but excessive exercise can actually hurt your chances of conceiving. Over-exercising can interfere with ovulation and cause irregular periods. If you're trying to get pregnant, aim for moderate exercise for 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week.

MOMS TIP -  Cycling, Walking, Dancing, and Swimming is best for ladies. It won't harm your joints in the future and won't hinder the chances of getting pregnant.

  • Your partner's underwear matters: Tight underwear (such as briefs) can increase scrotal temperature and reduce sperm count. If your partner is trying to conceive, have him switch to loose-fitting underwear (such as boxers) to improve his chances.

MOMS TIP - Unfortunately DADs can share better tips for the same.

  •  Diet makes a difference:  Foods high in antioxidants (such as berries, nuts, and leafy greens) can help improve egg quality and sperm count. On the other hand, consuming too much caffeine or alcohol can decrease fertility.

MOMS TIP - Avoid foods that are high in saturated fats and cholesterol. They can increase unhealthy weight gain and the risk of miscarriage early on in the pregnancy.

  • Folic Acid Supplements: Folic acid is essential for preventing birth defects of the brain and spine, so many doctors recommend taking a folic acid supplement (usually 400-800 micrograms per day) before and during early pregnancy.

MOMS TIP - If you are planning to make a family, talk to your gynecologist and ask for prenatal vitamins that will improve your ovulation, hence your chances of conception

Getting early medical help is important if
